We are experts in dumplings, mainly thanks to our Dumpling Kitchen, where every day we roll, proof, boil, steam, and slice hundreds of yeast, potato, Karlovy Vary-style, choux pastry, quark, sweet, and savory dumplings.

Three of them, together with a selection of two to three traditional Czech sauces, can be tasted in our special dumpling tasting menu. You are welcome to add as many dumplings and sauces as you like to the chef’s selected meat until you are completely satisfied.

On weekdays, the dumpling tasting menu is served with slowly braised venison leg, while on weekends we alternate it with roasted wild boar or confit duck. The dumpling tasting menu is available seven days a week for both lunch and dinner.
